The action under the old (occult) law was that spiritual development of the individual came first and service to the whole came second.  Now it is reversed,  the whole comes first and the individual comes second.  

This instruction from the Ascended Masters made clear that application was the key to this instruction. The type of application which the Master's asked the students to do is called Decreeing. It is not chanting. It is not a Mantra. It is standing, facing the chart of the I AM Presence and announcing what you need to be done here in the lower realms. The Great One's (Cosmic Beings)said that the call must be made here. Decreeing in groups is the most powerful aspect of the application of this teaching. We speak the decree because of the power that comes from the voice. It's even more powerful in unison. (more to come...)

The Divine Design for even the simplest of endeavors as well as in creative patterns for group activities is:

1.  The individual desires to know God’s will (is a seeker).  First Ray Activity

2.  He learns that besides his own development (mastery) he must render service to life impersonally.  This can best be done thru decree groups. Second Ray Activity

3. He learns that his “brother” and his planet are also his concern and he applies for entrance into the Basic Ceremonials.  Third Ray Activity

4.  He learns that beauty, music, art, divine designs are all channels for the drawing and dispensing of currents from the Higher Realms.  Fourth Ray Activity

5.  He learns then deeper aspects fo the law - how to control the atoms, qualify the life essence, et cetera,  finally the powers of precipitation and etherialization.  Fifth Ray Activity

6.  He enters willingly into the deeper Ceremonials of worship, invocation and direction of Cosmic Power.  Sixth Ray and Seventh Ray Activities

The basic of Saint Germain’s activity in the decree pattern is repetition. This is based on the fact that we have used in the many embodiments through the centuries so much energy through the spoken word, and beaten that into the emotional, mental and etheric bodies.  Hence we have solidified qualities of a negative and destructive nature within them.

Now, to requalify the energy in these bodies and the physical body, we have to release a balance of energy which will blaze into them and shatter those patterns which we have set up mostly through the use of the spoken word. and physical action.

Through the centuries of saying negative statements there has been built into the etheric body, into that which the world calls the sub-conscious,  certain deep grooves of energy.  It has been set into motion.  It is a consciousness which has been accepted that which we have decreed for ourselves for centuries.  The same thing has been done with the emotional and mental bodies, through the use of life.  Now, all that will not change with one affirmation.

The efficacy of the decrees is not only in that which goes out into the ethers, but that which is charged and charged into the etheric body.  This brings a positive alignment and control of the entire consciousness into positive assurance of what is affirmed.

It is more efficacious to use the same patterns in decreeing, thus build a momentum, than to be changing to new decrees all the time.

The Body Elemental - responsibilities and relationship to the individual

This is a supplement (#11) to Maha Chohan’s  Letter from 7/24/52 (Bridge to Freedom Bulletin #38).  Note:  It details quite nicely the responsibilities and the relationship between the Body Elemental and the individual it is assigned to.  

Body Elemental

As our correspondence on the Body Elemental has raised some interesting questions.  I have decided to elaborate a little on the instruction.

At the time when the individual lifestream first chose to go forth into incarnation, the Higher Mental Body (Christ Self) was called before the Karmic Board and given Its permission and also the destination to which it would be sent.

In order to provide a physical form in which the Higher Mental Body could function, the Builders of Form were called upon to provide Elemental Beings from the same Sphere and Ray to which the Incarnating lifestream belonged.  These Elemental Beings had been trained at Inner Levels to draw the Universal Light substance and follow a pattern,  to create a flame flower or some simple form of nature.  The length of time that the Elemental could hold the pattern in his consciousness determined the duration of the manifest form.  As these potential Builders of Form increased in their capacity to hold the patterns received by them from the great Nature Devas,  they worked up the ladder of evolution to a point where they might be entrusted to build the Temple which would house the Presence of God.

Each lifestream,  before the first incarnation,  was joined to an Elemental in a solemn ceremony before the Karmic Lords;  the Elemental was charged to remain with the lifestream so long as it should desire to inhabit a physical body,  to keep the body in repair,  and in all ways make it a habitable temple.

The pure electronic Light substance and the forces of the elements were given into the keeping of the Body Elemental,  who was allowed to look upon the perfection of the Higher Mental Body,  which was to be the pattern it would build with the substance of the third dimensional plane.

At first,  the creation of the body was a joyous and happy experience.  After the Presence projected the Immortal Flame into the airless cell,  the Body Elemental drew the necessary elements and re-created almost perfectly the design and pattern of the Higher Mental Body.  The flesh forms of those early ages were beautiful beyond words to describe,  and truly a Golden Age of beauty prevailed.  The Etheric Double was the pattern which the Elemental Body used, for this finer body outpictured the full glory of the Higher Mental Body and it was easy for the Elemental to have reference to this pattern from time to time.  The elemental took up abode within the Temple,  which it had builded - and like a housekeeper or a caretaker - maintained the functions which kept the body in workable order (repairing, fueling, etc.) and the association between the Dweller and the Elemental was a happy one.

When man began to experiment with the use of energy, and to build into his etheric body certain distortions of form and impurities of essence, the Body Elemental became confused because the pattern was distorted, and it OBEDIENTLY began to build the distortions into the flesh.

Then, between embodiments, the evolving soul was allowed to sojourn in whatever realm or sphere it had earned the right to inhabit through its use of energy in the earth life, and the Elemental was freed from it to enjoy a certain freedom in the Elemental Kingdom and rest up for the next service when the soul was called for a new embodiment.

When the Lords of Karma called the incarnating lifestream again, it usually appeared within Its Etheric Body, wherein is recorded all the experiences passed through, not only on earth but in the inner realms between embodiments.  The Body Elemental is also called at this time, and there is often quite a “scene” because the Elemental rightfully objects to using its energy to mould and form a body as distorted as the Etheric Body of its partner on this journey.  The Higher Mental Body of the lifestream is also in attendance, and the Body Elemental is soothed by Its Presence and offer of support.  Then the substance which the soul has charged with his energy - pure or otherwise - is given to the Body Elemental to weave into the new physical form.   Here again, it is very reluctant to take such impure substance, and wherever possible, it saves the “best” of the elements for the outside, and put the impure substance inside the form.  (Whitened sepulchres!)   You will see that after centuries of endeavor to reproduce the Higher Mental Body through the substance provided by the lifestream,  and the tremendous added strain of working against the appetites and passions which the individual developed an antipathy for the lifestream with which it is forced to work.  Thus the body was no longer a co-operative, loving helper,  but blocked the projects and designs of the individual whenever possible.

When the individual comes to a point of understanding, and endeavors to abide by the laws of purity and abstinence, from those activities which break down the structure of the physical form, there is the beginning of a new association and friendship between the individual and the Body Elemental.

 This, however, is not builded up in the matter of an instant,  for centuries of abuse and careless use of the Temple,  created and sustained by this Elemental,  is not forgotten easily.  Then, too,  the Body Elemental must wait for the purification of the etheric envelope, which forms its pattern. 

  When this Etheric Body has been held in the Sacred Fire and resumes its Light Pattern of the Higher Mental Body,  the Body Elemental can quickly outpicture it through the flesh.

Also, the very substance that makes up the physical form has been used over and over in successive embodiments, and this too, requires purification, in order to raise in vibratory action and emit light.  You will see, therefore, the necessity for the use of the Violet Flame and the action of the Cosmic Flame of Cosmic Purity, in connection with the work being done with the Builders of Form…..When this is understood and conscientiously applied,  We shall have again some of those “bodies enduring” that are absolutely non-recordant to “dis-ease”, disintegration, and finally death.

The Chart of the Individualized God-Presence, The I AM Presence

The Chart of the I AM Presence

The Importance of the Chart of your Individualized God-Presence:

The Ascended Masters have said repeatedly that the Chart of the I AM Presence was the most important knowledge given since Jesus’ time.  It alone can assist in the knowledge and acceptance of one’s own Individualized God-Presence.  Standing still for five minutes a day and placing your attention on it will do wonders for your spiritual development.  

This diagram impresses upon and compels the outer consciousness to the reality and acceptance of the Individualized God-Presence and knowledge that it is the Presence that actually beats the heart of every individual.  Placing your attention on the Chart also takes the attention off of human expression and puts it where it should go, back to the I AM Presence.   

The I AM Presence -  Explanation of the Chart

The Chart of the I AM Presence shows the seven (7) distinct bodies that make up each individual. There are three bodies in the Higher Realms and four in the lower realms here. The orbs around the Physical body at the bottom of the chart are the Mental and Emotional bodies.

The Electronic Body of the I AM Presence:

The upper figure of the chart represents the Electronic Body of the I AM Presence.  The Electronic Body is the individualized focus of God.  It is our permanent self, which never dies.  The I AM Presence was created in the image of our God Parents.  They projected a three-fold flame from their hearts, into universal light substance, and around that flame coalesced our glorious body of light, the Electronic Body.   It is in a body of light substance.  If you were to see it,  It would appear in a form similar to the physical body, but vibrating at a much higher rate; therefore, It is not visible to the physical site.  It is a living Being, intelligent, real, in blazing light.  It is a focus of all the God powers that your outer self may draw upon.  It supplies the outer self with life, intelligence, power, action.  Man enjoys all Its powers but does not understand it.   You can speak to It as you speak to a friend. Jesus called It the “Father.”  Rays of intense white light pour out from the Presence; some large and many smaller ones.  These rays pour forth constantly by which it renders service in the universe.  It knows only perfection, the natural state of being.

The Causal Body:

Around the Presence are the spheres of light substance in colors of the seven rays, and the various tints of each ray.  The Causal Body contains all of the accumulated good (constructively qualified energy) through the ages.   Outside of that is a sphere of electric blue.  The various colors of the Causal body are portrayed as rings on the chart but they are actually spheres that surround the I AM Presence.  Outside and around the blue sphere is one of yellow. Then around that is a beautiful pink;  around that crystal white; next is an apple green; then a ruby (or this may be gold); and the outer sphere is a violet or purple.  These are in order of the seven rays and they inter-blend.  The seven spheres are known as the Causal Body which contains all of the accumulated good - the constructively qualified essence of that lifestream (being) through the ages.  This essence was created while in embodiment and between embodiments.  These spheres vary with each individual in size and quality.  These spheres of color represent the powers of the God Presence.

White rays from the I AM Presence pour out through the spheres of colors, utilizing the qualities there in Its Cosmic action.  They are the action of the Divine mind and love by which the Presence carries on Its creation at Cosmic levels.  

The Christ Self:

The Christ Self is the provision which the I AM Presence has created to assist us down here in the lower realms.  The I AM Presence only knows perfection and thus knows nothing about our needs down here.  The Christ Self knows our needs down here and the perfection of the I AM Presence.  It takes those needs to the Presence.  The Christ Self is positioned between the I AM Presence and the physical body.  There is a silver chord of light from the heart of the I AM Presence, through the Christ Self, and anchored in the heart of the physical body.  The physical body cannot handle the vibratory rate of the natural state of perfection so the Christ Self regulates the amount of energy though the Silver chord.  The Christ Self is sometimes referred as a “a step-down transformer” for this reason.  The Christ Self is sometimes referred to as “Higher Mental Body” or the “Higher Self.”

The Emotional Body:

The Emotional Body extends three feet out from the physical body in all directions. Think of it as a large orb surrounding your body.  The Emotional Body for some people extends a great deal further.   It is your feeling center.  It is not seen by the physical site. It is through the feelings that a person is aware of love, hate, discord, kindliness, etc.  Many people have had the awareness of a person approaching from behind before they were seen or heard before aware through the physical senses.  That awareness took place through the feelings when the other person’s emotional body touched theirs; although some feet away. In the Emotional Body is the accumulation of all discordantly qualified energy from past and present embodiments.  The Emotional Body should be used to intensify the God feelings and desires in the physical world or expression.

The Mental Body:

The Mental Body extends around the upper torso of the Physical Body. It is not seen by the physical site.  In it are all the accretions of human concepts, opinions, conclusions drawn from partial truths and information.  That is what forms the intellect. It is here where thought patterns are formed.  

The Etheric Body:

The Etheric Body contains all of the memories and experiences of past embodiments. These memories are both constructive and discordant. These experiences held in the Etheric Body have been called the Akashic record by other religions.  The Etheric Body is a soft light body that is just a few inches outside of the physical body.  It’s why the hair on your arms, back of neck stand up in certain circumstances.  Something in the Etheric Body is triggered and that happens.

The Physical Body:

The four lower bodies - Emotional, Etheric, Mental, and Physical all intertwine with each other.  There is a being called the “Body Elemental” whose responsibility it is to keep the physical body working.  It assists in digestion and other things.  You can call to it to assist you in keeping your physical form working in perfect order.  The Body Elemental stays with the individual through its many embodiments on the physical realm.  There is more coming on the “Body Elemental” soon.

Miscellaneous information on the of the Chart:

The Silver Cord - (line on chart that goes from the I AM Presence to the individual's heart)

A ray of light called the “Silver Cord” is projected from the heart of the Presence extending down, entering the human body through the top of the head (where the soft spot is on a newborn child), and it is anchored in the heart.  This is the stream of life that beats your heart and keeps the person alive.  This is an unconscious action on the part of the outer self but is consciously carried out by the Christ Self.  The Silver Cord was originally about nine feet in diameter.  As Mankind became more and more discordant the “Silver Cord” became smaller and smaller.  This was done in mercy to the outer self,  because if too much energy were released into its use it would by misqualifying the energy annihilate itself.

Distance of the I AM Presence:

Your consciousness determines the distance that you feel from the Presence.  Its closeness is according to your thoughts and feeling.  It is not a matter of distance according to the human sense of space.  In cosmic reality, the Presence abides in a certain realm of light.  If the Presence and Causal Body abided here on Earth, how could any discord or imperfection be here?

Twin Rays

When the Great God Flash is first projected forth as an Individualized Intelligence from the Heart of God, it contains within its very Self the masculine and feminine aspects of Divinity.

Self-conscious and individual choice determines whether or not this White Fire Being will see to further the individualization of Itself through manifesting as the Twin Rays from the same Heart Source.

Those mighty Beings who never choose to journey through the world of experience continue to function from within the Single White Fire Body,  performing service in cosmic spheres and thus unfolding Their God-plan as One.

However, those who choose to come forth as the Twin Flames are, by their very choice, enabled to double their power and capacities through the individual endeavors of each individual Ray, and upon returning again into the Cosmic Field of Service, they will be by the very reason of their service and experience, almost triple in powers and capacities to serve Life, as compared to the Ones who remained within the single orbit in the Realm of Light.

When the White Fire Being determines to individualize the Twin Rays there is performed a Cosmic Ceremony in which the electronic bodies of the masculine and feminine aspects of the One God Flame are externalized and kneel before their own White Fire Source and receive the blessing and benediction of the Sun of their system.  A ring of Flame passes from  the White Fire Body through their two hearts and back again into the the White Fire Body.  This cosmic circlet is the protective presence of their love and ultimate union at the end of their individual pilgrimages, no matter how long that may be.

No one can describe the joy and happiness of the centuries in which the Twin Flames abide within the Glorious Light of the inner realms which form their natural spiritual home. Here they function as one in purpose, endeavor and service, but have the added happiness of companionship and sweet association in their endeavors.

As the constant pulsation from the Heart of the Father of the system is to carry His Kingdom to the periphery fo the farthest star, sooner or later that impulse is bound to find a responsive note within the heart of the one or the other or both of the Twin Flames who have enjoyed the peaceful happiness of the Inner Spheres, and then comes the first real separation whith its attendant forgetfulness and, unhappily, the centuries of floundering which so often accompanies incarnation, particularly on the earth plane.

Sometimes,  both Flames choose the roles of Missionary and incarnate; often only one, the other remaining as the Positive Pole and Spiritual Day Star,  sustaining the mission of the Beloved through centuries of time.  This latter is the case when a lifestream is endowed and dedicated to be a Guardian Presence and belongs either to another evolutionary scheme or a previous chain.

Finally we come to the close of the pilgrimage of the Rays and again the mystic ceremony is repeated, as the Heart Flames of the free and the bound are again spiritually united for all eternity.  This cosmic union can take place only when one of the Twin Rays is already ascended and when it has been determined by the Karmic Board that such a union will be  of benefit to the progress of the Universal Scheme of Creation.  The Un-ascended lifestream is then drawn before the Lords of Karma, the Maha Chohan presents the scroll containing the record of the entire life pilgrimage and the Higher Mental Body must signify as to the possibility, with continued endeavor, of the ascension of the aspirant at the close of the earth life.  If any of these three separate and distinct tests shows a negative result,  the moment of such union is delayed.

The individual judgment before the Karmic Lords reveals the present development of the inner bodies,  the motivating power behind the use of life by the individual as well as his possible activities if his powers and trusts are increased and the record of the present earth life.

The reading of the scroll by the Maha Chohan reveals the experiences of the individual in previous lives, the use to which he put particular opportunities to serve life,  his choice of employment between embodiments, etc.

The Higher Mental Body, knowing the personal ego, the tendencies of the nature,  the hidden ambitions of the consciousness, etc.,  then honestly reports on the possible future outcome of such added blessing.

When the individual has passed the three foregoing initiations,  the moment of his acceptance comes and either Sanat Kumara or Lord Maitreya,  on his behalf,  signifies that such an one is ready for this union.  At this moment the Twin Ray is called before the Tribunal and given the solemn charge that the actual powers, substance energies and full gathered cosmic momentum of His free Cosmic Consciousness will be henceforth tied into the heart of the un-ascended portion of Itself - who, by this voluntary union of the part of the Ascended One - has free access and right to use their power and energy according to the dictates of the outer self - but,  the responsibility for the use of these energies remains with the Ascended Flame.

Can you vaguely imagine this responsibility?  The centuries and sometimes aeons of cosmic momentum given “unto a child”?  ……  relying upon the discrimination, honor, integrity, purity and fidelity of an un-ascended being not to waste or dissipate this forever.

When the Twin Ray signifies that - for love - it is willing to make such a sacrifice, the Tribunal gives Its blessing to both parties and a date for such a union is set and each of the Rays is given into the protection of Beings who prepare them for that hour.

The Sun of the system to which the lifestream belongs performs the actual ceremony.  For instance,  Twin Rays from Venus are re-united before  the Grand Altar of their Sun -- Twin Rays from the Earth before Helios and Vesta and Cosmic Twin Rays before the Great Central Sun of the system.  As they kneel again and the cosmic circlet unites their Heart Flames for eternity, truly, truly, truly can it be said --  “Whom God hath joined together,  let no man put asunder.”

New Instruction on Cosmic Law:

There are certain activities of the Sacred Fire being released to mankind now which were formerly not permitted by the great Cosmic Law.  These activities were only given to those who qualified and secured entrance to the Retreats of the Masters.

Through a special dispensation this instruction has been permitted to be given to mankind en masse. A dispensation is the release of energy at Cosmic levels for a given purpose.

Through the release of waves of Cosmic Light and then its constant increase, many actions of the Law in regard to manifestations for mankind have changed.  Cosmic Law itself does not change, but phases of the law to produce results or manifestations and means of operation and application are changed at certain cycles, to suit the consciousness of mankind.  Therefore, certain phases of occult laws formerly used became obsolete under this new dispensation.  

Within the last 80 years many actions of the Cosmic Law have changed.  Much has been explained and clarified and is now known, which was not permitted before.  Occult mean hidden, and secrecy is not the order of the new age.  

The Ascended Master instruction given is educational, scientific, and spiritual.

This teaching is the Law of Life and its conscious application.  This instruction teaches, explains and makes clear certain phases - fundamental laws of everyone's life and teaches the practical application that has not been given in a concise manner, in the outer world before.  

The main points of this instruction are:

• The knowledge and whereabouts of each one's Individualized Presence of God.  Who gives him/her life.
• The Protective Pillar of Light - putting your attention on it, feeling it, and practicing this can protect you from all discordant influences and energies.

• The use and knowledge of the Violet Transmuting Flame - without it, no one can clean up misqualified energy enough to gain their freedom.

• The Ascension - the goal of each one's life.

The Ascended Master instruction given is educational, scientific and spiritual.

The great need today is for individuals to know of and accept their own God-Presence, the Ascended Masters and Cosmic Beings who are one with it.  Such acknowledgment is the open door making the individual a channel for the Great Ones to pour through their blessings to assist mankind, and expand the light on this planet.
